Hammer Strength MTS Iso-Lateral Incline Chest Press. The MTS Iso-Lateral Incline Press was blueprinted from human movement. Separate weight stacks engage independently diverging and converging pressing motions for equal strength development and muscle stimulation variety. The overhead pivot provides a natural arc of shoulder motion, and the seat back is angled for easy entry and exit.
