Can I come to look at the equipment in the warehouse?
Yes! We are happy to have you visit the warehouse and look around. You are welcome to look at the equipment and pick out any pieces you are interested in.
I am interested in purchasing multiple pieces. Are there any discounts?
Yes! We are always willing to create individualized packages and combine multiple items into one order. The more you buy, the more you save. We will review discounted pricing with you when we review your invoice. Purchasing multiple pieces simultaneously will also help you save on shipping charges.
I want to avoid paying for freight or transportation. Am I allowed to pick up my equipment?
Yes! You are welcome to come to pick up your pieces for no additional cost. We have pallet jacks and forklifts. We can help you get loaded in a dock-height truck or a trailer.
I want to trade in my equipment to offset the cost of new equipment and free up space for the equipment I am looking to buy. Can you help?
Yes! We are happy to look at your equipment and discuss trade-in credit options. This is a very individualized process; we need to see the condition of the equipment and the cost to retrieve and transport the equipment back to us. If it is not feasible or you prefer to sell the equipment on your own, that works too!
I want a specific color for the pads on my machines that are different from what is currently on the machine. Can the pads be changed before shipping?
Yes! We can change pads to any color you wish. We will give you a quote for the new pad color, which will depend on how many pads and the size of the pads being changed. We can also send you some color options. You are responsible for the color, as computers and phones may change the actual color of the sample. We will ask for your confirmation of the pad color choice before proceeding.
Do you only offer the products that are currently listed on your site?
No! Our inventory changes very often. We continue to bring in additional pieces. We also enjoy locating a particular piece you may be wanting. Let us know what pieces you are looking for, and we will look to bring them in specifically for you. Those pieces will be specially ordered for you and will be reserved for you. Once located and we agree to a price, we will require a 50% deposit.
I am looking to purchase a large amount of equipment. I will want to customize some of the pieces with different pads. What is the process?
We are happy to work with each customer individually. We want you to be thrilled with your equipment. When we are asked to change equipment, we will require a 50% down payment for the order. Once the down payment is received, we will begin to make the requested changes. The 50% balance must be paid when the shipment is ready for and before transport.
Do you ship products outside of the United States?
Yes! We are happy to ship items to international customers. This can be a single piece or multiple shipping containers. If you have your own logistics company you want to use; we are happy to work with you and load your equipment. If you want us to help with this process, we will. We can get you a transportation quote for your order. This will include an estimated transit time as well as price. The price we quote does not include customs or duties. You will be responsible for those fees and that process. We need additional information to quote you accurately, so please get in touch with us.
