KEISER

Pneumatic Resistance System

Powered by air resistance (pneumatics), Keiser strength equipment weighs less and is quieter than iron-based machines. Compressed air is delivered to the machines through Keiser’s air supply system, which features trim and outlets that are custom-designed to accommodate any installation requirements and blend into your gym layout.

Keiser Hydraulic Strength Equipment uses compressed air rather than a weight stack to provide resistance. The resistance on each machine varies causing the muscle top maintain a constant level of exertion.

How does Keiser Hydraulic Strength Equipment work?

Keiser Resistance Strength equipment uses compressed air rather than a weight stack to provide resistance. The resistance applied by each machine varies throughout the range of motion so that the muscle must maintain a constant level of exertion to complete the exercise.

Keiser Hydraulic Equipment have a low starting resistance setting — zero on most machines. And you can adjust resistance in one-pound or one-kilogram increments with the push of a button. Patients may experience less pain when they start and stop a motion with the A300 Leg Press’s low‑inertia resistance system. The Keiser machines are multi-functional strength training machines that allow you to train safely at any resistance, at any speed, and at any angle!Keiser has created the technology that allows users to train at speed, on every machine, for every movement
