The Hammer Strength Plate Loaded Iso-Lateral Super Incline Press bridges the gap between the Shoulder Press and Incline Press, delivering a unique path of motion that mimics the upward and forward pushing movements found in many sports. From driving off the line in football to powering through an opponent in wrestling, this machine is engineered for athletes who demand versatility and performance.

Its Iso-Lateral design allows for independent arm movement, enabling balanced strength development and a more natural range of motion. With every press, you’re building explosive power and functional strength that translates seamlessly to real-world competition.
