Condition: Used equipment in great condition, fully functional — standard signs of use.
Cybex VR3 Shoulder Press. Form and performance — can one exist without the other? It shouldn’t. The Cybex VR3 resistance strength line exercises the theory that form and performance belong together, combining striking appearance, excellent performance, genuine comfort and accessibility without sacrificing functionality.
For new and average users, the dependent movement of the VR3 Overhead Press offers a motion that feels secure — with both arms working together in a fixed plane, the exercise feels better controlled for a comfortable and secure training movement. It provides a complete range of motion with constant torque at the shoulder, and offers dual grips — a standard barbell grip as well as a neutral grip favorable for individuals with compromised shoulders, angled to provide a neutral wrist position. The machine is engineered to counter-balance the additional weight of the pressing arm assembly, so the user lifts only the actual weight selected, maximizing safety for even de-conditioned users.
