Description

Condition: Used Equipment. Excellent condition. Some general signs of use, no rips in pads.

The Free Motion Row helps build core strength while preventing injury. Independent arm movements allow for specific exercises that target the muscles in the back, shoulders, and arms. Plus, the Free Motion Row engages the stabilizer muscles, helping improve core strength and overall balance.
